Diana Restaurant - Drumheller

We came to try this restaurant for lunch, and because of the restrictions we decided to order a trip. when we came there, we checked the menu and the guy at the cash desk is rude and sarcastic. while I and my man. decide what to order he interrupts and makes sarcastic comments. we check what is available in the combo menu and whether we like what is available. He even says you know what a combination means. Of course I said, because it wasn't my first time to order a combination meal in a Chinese restaurant. then I asked about the payment after a copy of the acknowledgement, but he refused to give me a copy and said I didn't ask earlier and he already canceled it. first it is not common to ask if the customer wants a kopie or not? food preparation is fast, but it is bland. presentation wise it is as if they simply pour the food in a container, as the combo meal mix everything in the styro. although the spring rolls are crispy.

We came as a group of couples) and baby, although we were a group, we told them we pay each pair. my man pays first for our food, then my friend pays her, lastly it was my...Dads turn to pay for his and my mother order. that is when he noticed that there is an extra in the acknowledgement. it's just additional and no. it wasn't the gst. it was literally extra that they change in the acknowledgement of my father. So we asked the bank. her explanation was the crazyest I've ever heard. she said that because we had it, a mandatory for drinking money must be added. then I asked them if they also added everyone to the previous ones. and she said yes. because tip is mandatoria in a group I have never heard of such a rule. tipp is something that should be given free and not obligatory. I have to say we have absolutely okay giving tip. what I didn't like is that they're cheating on us and putting them in the bill. not disturbing to explain what it is and when asked, the cash was crazy. this is not a good place to patrionize. that is a big part of the cheaters.

Not only is eating great at diana, sammy has something wonderful in trendy potts point! he has introduced karaoke, but not where you have to stand up on a stage and have to be in the ramplight (too stupid for me), but sammy gives. a few microphones out, so it's a big dancing vocal. I can't wait to go back. I remember going after tharens years ago, who had many guards and high-time castles on the walls they could attach. sad that closed years ago, and thanks diana has opened its doors. well done sammy, you can really sing!

Ordered to supply the family meal, was quick and tasty eating! everyone enjoyed the meal and we would order from here again.

I was referred to this restaurant for a good Chinese meal while visiting Drumheller. I ordered pickup. The interior is not much to look at but don't let that deter you. The food was well prepared, delicious, and in generous portions. The staff were polite...and accommodating. The food exceeded my expectations and I’m giving a review of stars because the food and service was that good. I would Definitely return when back in town and recommend this restaurant to friends. Try the Sweet&Sour Chicken Balls, Ginger Beef, Chicken Fried Rice and Egg Rolls.
