We've been going to Bare Essen for a few years when we visit the city. It is the only place where we really go because the food is of great quality, and the coffee is good. Sonya runs a great deal and is really welcoming. If you are looking for a place to pick up or get for lunch/ snacks is highly recommended. Merry Christmas, Sonya! I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. Honestly, I’m not eager to return. When I asked the waitress for water, she pointed behind her and told me to get it myself. The food took a long time to arrive, but the sweet chili chicken noodles were very fresh. The dessert menu could benefit from some lighter, fresher options instead of just the usual cheesecake. On the bright side, they do provide clean, warm water for hand washing.
