This is not much of a coffee shop. Stopped in at 8am on a Thursday and it felt like I was imposing on their roasting business meeting. One small cup coffee maybe 10oz was $3. Flavor was pretty good. If you're doing grab and go it's fine. But if you want a coffee shop experience this ain't it at this location.

Off the shelf grocery store Austin coffee Ruta Maya espresso grind is s superior to this stuff at around half the price. The hyperbole in their marketing is not matched by their product, but hey to each their own. They apparently have these top awards for their product. I don’t see it. A 75 year old coffee man, mostly espresso, when in Europe (about half my time). We still have a fair distance to go to match the best, but keep trying. Tone down the pretention and work on product quality.

Really enjoyed my stop here, highlight of Dripping Springs trip! Let's just start with this: the coffee was delicious. Wow. Also, the owner was so nice and accommodating, when I couldn't decide which beans I wanted to buy she ended up giving me three different ones in smaller packages. Also, she chatted with me about my pour over technique and shared with us her very impressive results being a top tier coffee company with socially conscious values. This is mostly a roasting facility with a small coffee shop, but don't let that stop you from stopping by and enjoying!

Got a Latte at the roasting warehouse and it war One of the best lattes I've had since returning to Texas from the Seattle area.

I enjoyed the Coffee with cars event in July 2019. I saw a lot of cool cars and meet some nice people. The food truck they had provided great food. I had 2 sausage and eggs tacos. Overall great customer service. I made a video of the Coffee with cars event on my channel j7. ENJOY :
