In addition to a greeting from the 'open' kitchen and a sorbet as an intermediate, there were pumpkin soup, fillet from Duroq pig and mousse au chocolat all handmade and VERY delicious. The ingredients are freshly bought daily. The service was very good. If possible, you will also respond to special requests. The menu changes regularly. For several people, however, a reservation is quite reasonable.
