Cafe Toscana - Dresden

Despite C19 measures, we are served nicely and friendly. The cake selection is great. It'll be nicely packed. We like to come back.

The most delicious cakes I bought. Especially Tuscany. If it wasn't going to be so creepy! The selection is simply gigantic. The prices are absolutely fine for this peak pleasure. Very nice cafe. I'll be happy this summer.

When I visited the toscana today with my children and my grandmother, I broke a tooth corner at the Nuss ice cup, as it was pierced by very hard shell pieces. when I reported it and presented the collected pieces, the service employee frau vogel (würde are called) took the sale with such a thing to expect” a provocative defensive attitude and pointed to my own fault. an apologies, an exchange on quintessence or similar has not been offered. Instead she said before my family, a possible assessment or forwarding to the management would be the lowest drawer and they never have to look back with their family that also came with my family. we are simply horrified and speechless!
