Yesterday I read a lot about the immense amount of garbage that comes from the use of straw trees. Since we've been using stainless steel straws at home for a long time, I thought I didn't do that anymore. Only a few hours later my husband and I sit in one of our favorite restaurants absolute recommendation!!! Elements Deli in the Königsbrücker street) and my spray came with straw: it's about me. The staff there is very friendly and I dared to ask why no reusable straws are used there?! Compostable stems have long been used in the deli! I was really happy about it! From the bathroom I also made you a picture, there are no disposable towels, but small towels. I think that's great. Not only that there are large kitchens, the restaurant tries to act sustainably everywhere.
