Starbucks - Draper

I always enjoy going to Starbucks on Mondays and Fridays with my sister. I typically make my own decaf coffee at home because a medical condition makes caffeine limit my daily activities. However, this is the third time I've ordered decaf and received a caffeinated drink instead. I really appreciate the staff here, but I kindly ask that they be honest and remake the drink if they're unsure about whether it's decaf. I don't want to stop visiting because of easily avoidable mistakes.

I went through the drive-thru to get my daughter a vanilla steamer as a treat, but they messed up the order and gave her hot chocolate instead, which she doesn't like. By the time we realized the mistake, they were already closed, so we couldn't resolve the issue. Plus, we asked for whipped cream on both my drink and hers, and that was missing too. I'm really disappointed!

I absolutely adore this Starbucks! The staff is incredibly polite and always offers alternatives if what I want isn't available. They get my order right every single time and do it really quickly, especially for a drive-thru. Overall, I just love it!

Ordered a peach tranquility iced because I?m pregnant. They set out an empty cup for me in the mobile order and told me they can?t make that. How do I have thousands of stars in the app from ordering that exact drink at every other Starbucks? So rude and careless and honestly ruined my day. Thanks.

Today I ordered my vanilla iced latte venti as usual, but unfortunately I get the milk in bad condition and with a very bad taste. I am very disappointed because I actually buy almost every day and this never happens to me. I make this comment so that you can review the dates of your products and be more careful with those who use milk and how you know it before packaging it and sending it. and clearly from now on they will no longer be my preferred brand.
