Kfc - Draper

I came in today and ordered two famous bowls I ate one at the establishment and ordered the other one to go. both were cold upon receiving. the workers were more interested in talking and laughing than working at all. I stood waiting to order for 10 minutes before any of the laughing employees cared to take my order. from where you order you can see them preparing the food,, the use the lids to their to go bowl containers as scoopers for their corn,, gravy,, mac and cheese,, and mashed potatoes which is disgusting by the way. they should have proper scoopers. and the lady who was making the bowls didn’t even have gloves on when she made my bowl contaminating the lid they used as scoopers and throwing it back in the food. the chicken nuggets they put on top were old as they keep them in a box under a heater and they aren’t fresh. this place is an embarrassment

Recently my family ordered 3 boxes, all 3 piece with a variety of sides. One side was fries, which were terrible. Only fry bits that were burned and dry. One box was acceptable, but one included very dry, over fried and old pieces. They also did not give us condiments we asked for. But the worst indication of no attention to quality was the interaction with the on duty manager on the phone. She was immediately defensive and answered back with empty excuses. Coming to the phone I could here her talking in an annoyed tone that someone wanted to talk to the manager. When I told her I would likely not give that location my business, she hung up on me. Mr General manager, you need to take a close look at this manager. I would be suspicious if she was forthcoming with you about store operations. This is evident by the terrible reviews this store has (2.4). To all reading, find another location, not owned by the same company. Attitude reflects leadership.

As we pulled up we seen a tall thin worker climbing out of the drive-thru window to go to 7-11. When they brought our food to our car, they forgot the Coleslaw. It took another 3-4 minutes to bring it out.

I ordered the chicken pot pie, and mashed potatoes last night… it gave me food poisoning, I have been puking and on the toilet sense 1am. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!! First time EVER getting food poisoning . With how many bad reviews this place should shut down!!!

It took awhile for the food to come out. When it finally did, the chicken was overcooked. The hamburger was cold meat and soggy lettuce. The biscuit was hard. And the fries were hard, greasy and cold. The worst meal I've had here. The only good thing was the cold slaw.
