Del Taco - Draper

Bad night crew customer service by the male with beard, piercings, and tattoos. Acted like he didnt care, had annoyed tone, was interrupted and rushed me while I was ordering.

Typical for Mexican fast food. I would rank this Del Taco a bit better than the other one I usually go to.

So disappointing every time. Beans are way undercooked, tortillas are cold and sometimes it seems the beans have been sitting out.

In some desperate need of better parking lot management. Drive through is slow as nothing else so cars just sit, blocking entrances and exits. It's more than probable that you will sit for ten or more minutes just trying to get in line, and then another ten for your food.

I have been here a million times. Food is great service is great. But today at about 10:30am the woman working the drive thru was discourteous and rude. I understand everyone has bad days and I understand that but I did nothing to set her off.
