Mcdonald's - Dracut

This place is absolutely amazing! The food is of high quality, and the staff are skilled and genuinely kind. I highly recommend this McDonald's. I usually dislike McDonald's, but they got my order right, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The orange juice is surprisingly delicious and stands out for some reason. Everything was fantastic. The smoothie and McFlurry machines were also in perfect working condition, which is a rare find at McDonald's!

I went for a late-night bite at 3:45 AM and was disappointed to find that they only had burgers available. Breakfast sandwiches don’t start until 5:00 AM. Who’s craving cheeseburgers at 4:00 AM? Come on, it’s time to have the Egg McMuffins ready!

I finally got my food and rushed back to the field only to find that I was missing half of my order. I called the restaurant, and the manager apologized, explaining that they had a lot of new staff. She told me to return, and that my missing order would be ready and free of charge. When I went back inside, another manager was there and assured me she had the details and my order would be prepared. However, it turned out it wasn't ready yet—despite what I had been told. After waiting another ten minutes, I finally received the rest of my order. I asked about the promise of the free meal from the previous manager, and she responded, "probably not." I explained how I missed part of my grandson's game, but she just stood there, unresponsive. I felt like this was completely unfair, so I decided to leave. By the time I returned to the game, I had missed three out of five innings! As I sat down to eat my Crispy Chicken sandwich, I noticed some hard pieces. When I looked closer, I found a large black spot in the chicken! It was absolutely disgusting, and I couldn't bring myself to eat any more. I will NEVER return to that restaurant again! Not only did I miss the game, but I also spent a lot of money on gas!

Just another mcdonalds that closes its lobby 30 minutes before its supposed to and 2 staff are eating in the lobby and tell me its closed while the sign on the wall clearly says dining room hours are until 11 pm. Bad job mcdonalds there are people who walk to eat and ur leaving em outside

Need to stop advertising that they are open until 1:am when their employees shut down early. The one good thing about McDonald’s used to be that they were the one chain open late. Not anymore, not sure what they’re good for now. Lost a customer.
