Spuntino Wood Fired Pizzeria

This is the best pizza I've eaten in my life. There. I said what I said.

Although our most recent experience was subpar, they still routinely produce excellent, hot, delicious pizza. Recommend.

We were looking for something different and came across Spuntino 's.First off, it was a bit difficult to find. It is located inside a mini 'mall-type ' location with a few other establishments. The sitting area is located down the walkway from the actual cooking area which is just inside the entrance. Bit better signage would be beneficial. (Watched a couple inquire at the counter, walk past the seating area, walk back to the counter before coming back and sitting down).The pizzas are 10 individual pies and are quite tasty. I prefer a bit thicker pizza, but overall it was pretty good.Overall, I guess the question at the end of the day is, would we go there again if in the area, and I believe the answer would be yes.Parking: Parking is at a meter on the street or in a paid lot around the corner.

I had heard this was the best pizza around so I had high hopes. Sadly it was very disappointing. Flavor was good but nothing special. The crust was so soggy it couldn’t hold the toppings. Overall It was average at best.

I’ve been lucky enough to have some of the most critically acclaimed Neapolitan pizzas around the world; the pies here are up there with the best.The ingredients, craftsmanship, and flavor of the pizzas, along with the overall friendliness of the staff, make this joint special.Get the Ronzio, you won’t regret it.
