Have to say, have been here before and really liked the drinks. Today , placed an order via the app. The same as I usually get. Caramel Milk Tea with boba. Paid and went to pick up. Got drink and noticed not what I ordered. Tried talking to an employee about it and figure things out. Instead, they walked away when I went to look at my app. Very rude. And all this over free Boba. I won’t be coming back here again. Need to train the employees in customer service. It goes a long way.
