The Cheesecake Factory

Very fun for my Birthday thanks to my daughter and granddaughter!

My fiance and I went last week to celebrate his birthday. We haven 't been in years and won 't be going back again. This place use to be good, but our food was nothing less than disappointing. He ordered the steak Diane and shrimp scampi combo. At $28 it was barely even a lunch portion of food. The majority of the plate was piled with unflavored and hardly mashed, mashed potatoes. The steak medallions were literally 4 pieces of already cut up steak, barely 1oz of meat. It came with 3 shrimp in a butter sauce, no pasta for the shrimp scampi . The portions were embarrassing and not what I ever remember them being, especially at the expensive price! The manager made a poor attempt to reconcile, offering a side of more mushrooms. He explained the portion is their normal portion so we know what to expect in the future. But not to worry, we will never be back to Cheesecake Factory again. The waitress was the only positive, she had a great attitude. Otherwise, 2 thumbs down for the $120 meal that left us hungry and disappointed.

Amazing customer service and the food is top notch, everyone, even the people that didn't work there gave a smile, amazing atmosphere
