Mcdonald's - Downtown Littleton

The food is good but they take forever to build your order and items are often missing. The average wait time is half an hour for a mobile pick up order no matter how busy they are. For the price you pay, it’s faster and cheaper to go to a sit down restaurant than go to this McDonald’s.

Waited for over 30min for food I never got, and a long line of other people complaining prevented me from getting a refund. Do not tell cars to pull forward when there have been 10 others you've told to do the same. this place just takes cash for orders they cant make.

I wish I could share a photo, but paid for a large fry in the middle of lunch rush... I received 1/4 full large container for fries. I literally could count how many I had, 12 fries. I understand lunch rushes, but that's just ridiculous lol. Plus they're stale and cold straight from the counter. Check your food when you order here.

This place was awful, i get its mcdonald’s so i can’t have big expectations but jesus. I ordered a cajun bacon chicken sandwich and was gonna ask to hold the pickles but i didn’t get to ask that (i guess asking that was a waste of her time) then she told me to head to the window, so i did. paid for my food and said thanks, already late for work because it took 40 min to get through 6 people in line…. i didn’t look at what i got. when i get parked and look at my food i was shocked to see that SOMEHOW with my luck they forget the lettuce, tomato, bacon, AND chicken, yeah i got a nice pickle and sauce sandwich with cold fries. I’ve never written a review but i’m at work and hangry. so big thanks to mcdonald’s for making a bad day worse! you really outdid yourself this time.

Good food, but they don't have enough staff to meet the demand during peak hours.
