Person taking my order was rude!!I had a client with me. Should have just left. Tenderloin sandwich was just ok, have had much better.

Ordered two burgers, fries drinks and a Philly cheese steak sandwich and when we got our order one burger was missing, when we went back inside to get the other burger they said we only ordered one burger even though the amount we paid equalled all the food...argued with us until we had to pay for the other burger. Then...had no plastic forks or knives for the huge philly cheese steak sandwich so I had to eat it with my hands even though I couldn't pick it up because it was too soaked to pick up

Never open when their hours say. They don’t bother locking the doors they just act annoyed and turn you away.

Went today for the first time…we got there and ordered about 130pm or so..I ordered a tenderger and my friend ordered a famous tender with horseradish. While we were waiting for our order they put out a ‘no more burgers’ sign. They lost our order or something because he had me tell him our order again.. the cook in the back said she cooked everything that was ordered. Well obviously she didn’t because we still didn’t have our food. So the cashier told me they could do two tenders on my sandwich since they were out of burgers, fine. I didn’t even say they needed to credit me $1.50 from the price difference. But anyways, shortly after a ‘no chicken’ sign came out as well. So we got our food, my friends sandwich had hot sauce all over it when she asked for horseradish. She can’t do hot sauce. I was able to give her one of my tenderloins. It wasn’t even 2pm.. they don’t close until 5.. why are they running out of two of their main ingredients? What a joke. We won’t be back. Also didn’t get any apology or sympathy from the staff.

The people making the food and the man at the counter was very nice! I had onion rings and a very tasty cheeseburger! It wasn’t even 5 minutes and the cheeseburger was gone! Very good! You can tell that this place puts a lot of joy and passion in their food!Bonus: Saw a very chill pigeon hanging out around the building. Very friendly.
