Dunkin' - Downingtown

Food and Coffee are really good, but I’d say the service is poor. This is now the second time I’ve ordered a croissant sandwich, but was given a bagel sandwich. One time I can understand, but when it happens again, then I start to get annoyed. I’m a high school student who doesn’t have a lot of time in the morning. I don’t want to deal with a messed up order that I ordered online.

Looking at the picture you have displayed here I'm not sure where that Dunkin is located I go to several of them Norwood /Sharon Hill /and MacDade boulevard Ridley township most of the time they know me I don't have to explain what my order is unless it's at the drive

I got sick when I tried their flat bread. Sorry. Not good

Any eatery that sells coffee food should have a bathroom. Clearly there is a bathroom that is meant to be open to public but is blocked off and they will not let you use.

I love Dunkin, but I did a mobile order for 2 large coffees and they gave one of them medium. Made me pay like $6.40 for a medium coffee, what is this Starbucks?Dietary restrictions: Almond milk in coffee (lactose)
