Dunkin' - Downingtown

Can't start my day till I have my dunking coffee everyone at work tells me iam grumpy without my dunkinVegetarian options: Plenty

I love the Downingtown location! Staff is so reapectful. At the Parkesburg Location, I had ordered a sandwich and when we got it the thing was burnt to a point of no return. Also they gave us the wrong coffee. When I called to let them know, the owners never called me back. The so called shift leader blew me off! I absolutely hate going to a place that disrespect their customers as well as their employees. I would rather drive to Downingtown then to return to Parkesburg dunkin!

They don’t listen to customers demands. I asked for fresh hash-browns meaning made fresh! I went back and told them and bought 2 additional ones and then they still put the old ones back in the bag. You don’t make a whole tray of hash browns and wait for people to order. You make them fresh to order. Do better, i usually like this place but it was disrespectful how they tried to play me.

Told them to give me less ice in my large ice coffee. Still my coffee had more than half cup filled with ice. Really bad service. Employee need to listen better and make orders according to customer demand.

Hands down the best Dunkin’ in the area. They make my iced coffee the best.
