Buffalo Wild Wings - Downingtown

Let me start out by saying I don't write bad reviews unless something really rubs me the wrong way. Our server Dom was horrible. She didn't hear part of the order, and tried to double charge us. When we brought it up to her she denied it despite there being no discounts on the order which we clearly stated we were here for the BOGO wings and because it was my roommates birthday so he had an offer for free wings. She added 3 things of bonesless wings to the order that shouldnt have been on there due to a miscommunication. Had to get the manager involved which to be fair he was very nice and pleasant and fixed everything for us. If we ever decide to come back it will be thanks to the manager but this was very close to being the last time I ever dined here again.

I love getting the mango habanero wings. would give it 6 stars if i could.

Service was horrible they discriminated against me I have two service dogs and was sat outside in the cold they could have sat me inside and gave me a server who wasn’t allergic to service dogs so better this was horrible and I felt so uncomfortable

Love going to bdubs. Great wings and sauce to boot. This is a nice location, plenty of parking, not too busy. Devon was great food came out fast and she made sure I had everything I needed. 5 stars!!

If there was an option one star or no star I would prefer that. Good one Buffalo Wild Wings for deleting a poor review. Here is another one. This review is written after multiple attempts. We dinned in on Sunday evening and orders few drinks and 30 wings, guess what we only received 20 wings and asked the server that it doesn’t look right she started counting the wings in front of us and it turned out to be 22 wings. We asked her if they could take it back and fix it sort out the the wings), she came back with same plate and told us we added few wings and now I am sitting their and figuring out which wings are what. On top of it the server never came and checked on us if everything was okay or if we needed a refills on drinks. She only showed up when we asked for bill. Well in this review they elate asking what dish should I recommend, the dish I would reccomend would be to stay go some other place or stay and order take out besides from BWW. Well go ahead an delete this review as well. Since I will be posting it again good luck. And please do not reply back, with the same copy paste reply to majority of them down in past… please fill out the form in bottom so we can improve more and all that.
