Postcard Foods - DOWNIEVILLE

These prepared foods are in a freezer cabinet as you walk into Molly's liquors. Reading the content labels made my tummy request a purchase. I brought home the Tangier Veggie Tangine and it was uniquely delicious. I was concerned my dining partner wouldn't like it, since eggplant, which he is not fond of, is featured. Suffice it to say he had three helpings. Not totally cheap, but a fair price for quite a bit of food and far less expensive than dining out. Brilliant to have them at Molly's!

What can I say, Postcard Foods is every bit amazing as it's owners Bridget and Jim. The food is noticeably fresh. You can tell in the flavor, the natural color, the texture, etc. I've yet to have a meal that did not exceed my expectations. From the New England claim chowder, to the buffalo mac n cheese, from the tiki chicken masala to the Dublin Shepard pie, it's all amazing! Tonight we had the Yorkshire chicken pot pie and it did not disappoint, perfect for a cold snowy night. If you visit their food trailer, check to see if Bridget has her curry tuna salad or her Thai chicken panini, explosions of flavor! And if you do get a chance to stop by the trailer, add some extra time to get and know Jim and Bridget, they are two amazing people with a very interesting history. Customer and friend for life now.

Gourmet, delicious, nutritious, creative, vegetarian options... I'm a big fan of Postcard Foods! This review is for their home food delivery service, I haven't tried their food truck yet. Postcard Food offers home delivery to a large portion of the front range. Check their website to see if your zip code is eligible. They have a rotating variety of freezer meals that come in recyclable materials, it's been a life saver for me! I do not cook and enjoying Postcard Food is such a nice treat on nights when I want something delicious but have no energy to cook after a long day. Most meals feed 2-3 people and average price is $12-19. I've enjoyed Moussaka, Pesto Polenta, Mac and Cheese, Thai Green Curry. Fill up your freezer and you will always have something great for dinner.

Wow! What a great find on our way camping, right off the highway. A cute little food truck serving paninis, a good variety of sides, and tons of frozen prepared meals and soups. The portions look very well worth the money. We had a bunch of food already stocked up but had to try sooomething, so I got an Istanbul Veggie Panini for me and my partner to try, who I was on the phone with. One of the owners heard me and cut and wrapped it in two halves for me. Super appreciated and thoughtful!! The other owner was outside and was also really nice and let me know that they deliver around the Front Range area. He also gave me a postcard which I'm excited to send to my sister. Customer service is top notch from my short but amazing experience. As for the panini, I wish it was like 2ft longer! Lol. It came with spiced cauliflower, tender zucchini, feta, and hummus on a crunchy but soft baguette. I'm thrilled I tried it. Stop by if you see them :

We totally loved the Tehuacan Three Sisters meal. Amazing flavors. A true winner! Can't wait to try other items!!!
