Best Experience..easy and fun and food was made right

The second time when I try chick fil a and everything I can say, it's the best almost food chicken chain I've ever been! the number 2 spicy deluxe was so mouthful water, delicious and delicious! the customer service here was great! I don't know what her name was, but a really nice brunette was intrigued because I was british and said she never met anyone from Britain! I wish I got her name.

My first time ever visiting a Chick fil A. since I don?t know the menu I ordered the number 2 (mini chicks) well I didn?t check my receipt and it turned out I got the spicy sandwich. So, I went to the counter and Andrew very nicely said no problem, let me get the manager. When she came over I even apologized for not knowing the menu, and she very rudely said it will b 15 mins minimum for the mini chicks, so, I said no thank U don?t worry. Just give me a refund. Well, she went over to my table to get the soda and the fries back. So, she could give me a full refund. ?. I said get them, but I guess, she realized how rude that looked, cause other clients were watching us and she went back to the counter and gave me a full refund. First and last time at this store. Rude manager

Went this morning and placed a huge order for my family and I. I called several times while eating and after, even messaged on Facebook to see if anyone could assist me. I was missing a whole meal from my order and just wanted some assistance without having to go back to the restaurant. I have yet to receive a call back or a response as well. Just poor customer service.

Drive thru line is out the door but frosted lemonade is well worth the wait. I love the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich the waffle fries. Sauces are fire!! Be prepared to hear my pleasure after thanking them for their service. Amazing service.
