Carino's Italian Grill - Downey

That was my first time to corino’s and it was de-li-cous! I had the spicy romano huhn and calamari as an appetizer. my friend got the chicken jalapeno ravioli and everything was so good. at the end we even got a taramisu, for which we were too full, but still enjoyed.

One of the best Italian restaurants of all time! The food is always served hot and never cold. The service can be hit or miss; I had a waitress who was a bit rude, but it wasn't a huge issue. The bread is extremely good, and the appetizers are delicious! I recommend trying the sampler, which includes nachos, cheese sticks, and calamari.

Delicious! The food was hot, even though we were seated outside. I tried the pizza for the first time, and it was perfect – nice and thin with a chewy crust and fresh-tasting toppings. I would definitely come back. The smaller pizza is cut into four slices. Even my son's burger was delicious, and of course, the main reason we go there: my husband always orders the spicy chicken with shrimp. I'm not usually a big fan of pasta (which is why I opted for pizza), but I even enjoyed that dish! The crusty bread they serve as an appetizer is just the icing on the cake.

For Sunday dinner, the cheese tortellini with chicken was really delicious.
