Burger King - Downey

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at this once-special place. The tables were dirty and sticky, the hand sanitizer smelled unpleasant, and I found a curly hair in my burger. When I brought it to the staff's attention, their response was incredibly immature and unprofessional. I was so disgusted that I didn't even eat.

I attempted to call this restaurant over five times, but there was no response. Perhaps they shouldn't even have a phone, as they never seem to answer.

This is great! I was able to customize my burger just the way I like it. It's a shame they don't have a boiler anymore, but the hand-baked bread is still quite good!

Good costume service, clean, fast driving, my eating was very fresh and tasty?, good experience, definitiw in coming back, and recommended to everyone this location

Lately it is taking too long the waiting time to get the food and to top it up the employees are making too many mistakes with the order.
