We picked up food to go after a long day baseball and a track meeting. When we came home, all four orders were wrong. I called to complain and the manager BROUGHT OVER for new meals in my house! He was so accommodating and so wonderful! I had hungry tired kids and if you open the bag and find out that your order is wrong... just want to cry. Capri, in my book, is OUTSTANDING with customer service and customer satisfaction!

We celebrated my baby shower here and I was blown away! I took my time to write the review because I have so much positive to say that I had to find out how to say everything! First, the restaurant itself is beautiful! So elegant feeling, but comfortable, you feel like you in an amazing family environment. The staff, where are you even starting? How do you find such amazing people to work there? You can see this is a real reflection, how appreciated they are as employees, as the anger it is the most outgoing, fun and reliable person to work! Nothing has ever been in question all day or the entire planning process, they only treat what you need! Amazing, friendly, scientific and attentive team works together to give us the best experience, and they did! The food was wonderful. I still have people who call me to tell me how excellent the meal was, nobody could believe that the amount of food she got (more then I got at most weddings! and every product was then even more delicious! We had an excellent bar selection, lots of space to fit our big event and still feel comfortable and the ability to creative and decorate as we wanted, which is so difficult to find with venues. I would recommend Capri of Downers Grove for lunch, dinner, drinks, events.. They call it, they can do it!!
