Burger King - Dowagiac

Sandwich wrong onion rings were cold and soggy manager that answered the phone when I called about my food when I got it was unprofessional and rude by hanging up the phone on me. Sandwiche was supposed to be a double whopper not a bacon king.

I can't even go into details how bad the service was Sunday 3/10/2024 every drink was wrong food was soggy and cold. If you can't even get a single item right how am I going to trust eating the food worst buger king I have ever been to . Advise to stay away might end up sick from the food.

Food is typical Burger King. Better than M.Service is sooooo slow here.Waited at drive-through just to order for over 10 minutes. Then another 20min to actually pay and get our food. This is par for the course at this location. If you are looking for a fast food restaurant, don't come here.

Guess after waiting almost a half hour in the drive thru my face showed my irritation the drive thru worker gives her attitude right off the bat ok if you don't have but only 2 people working let your customers know from the get go,,, but no you wait until you take my card and pay for my meal then have the nerve to tell me to loose my attitude of course I'm going to have an attitude hello 30 mins waiting for a burger and chicken sandwich then try to refuse my refund and when I get nasty back you want to take my change and throw it at my head this store needs shut down last time I went through the drive thru the employee was so damn high he couldn't stand straight or function...

Was horrible th woman making food was very rude didn't wanna make my food then put some hot sauce the I had to throw it away wasted time and money I don't recommend going in there people are very rude the woman making food shouldn't be working
