Sonic Drive-in - Dover

Took a little longer than any other time getting my food although it said my food was ready and on the way on screen. But it's all good on that. But seriously, the burgers are much smaller now, yes Sonic we customers noticed. My wife commented her burgerwas like a kids meal burger and she never complains about portion size. When she handed me my supersonic cheeseburger, she saidyours not much bigger than hers. It was sooooo noticeably smaller I've almost never been able to eat all of my burger. Iactually finished the whole thing and could have ate a dessert after the burger, tots and large drink. Was not full. I'm usuallyhurting so stuffed and have to quit. So be warned public, we are being had again. Same price ...smaller portions.

Bought lunch for 4 people. When we got home about 15 min drive, we discovered one of the hamburgers was missing. Infuriating! Had to wait for service and food, paid good money and was cheated a hamburger. Check your order before driving away no matterhow busy the drive in is! What do you do when you get home with 3 sandwiches for 4 people? One of us ate a ham sandwich. Weshould have saved time, money and gas and just fixed ham sandwiches to begin with.

We pulled into an order station and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. At that point we could no longer wait so we left without ordering. The service was non-existent!!!!

Got great food, manager is super nice and sweet, lovely atmosphere and each time I go, always get my food with a smile!

I have stopped by the Dover, Tn location two times in the last 4 weeks. 1st time I sat for over 10 minutes after lighting up the red button. I left. 2nd time today for lunch. Sat maybe 2 minutes before I was acknowledged but told to please wait a minute. Inoticed someone had ordered in my stall #5 and obviously left and a 17 dollar you guys had to eat. When I was finally calledupon to order the lady just couldn't get it right after numerous attempts. I left for the last time. There's a reason why TheDip is best in every category. Hopefully whoever owns this location looks at this review. Your losing a lot business.
