Penso's Pizza-dover

Penso's is my favorite pizza place. Their pizza is truly unique and unlike any other. The crust is thick and chewy, and it never fails to be delicious!

On a positive note, the sauce was tasty, and the toppings were fine. However, the dough was too soft and lacked crunch, which was disappointing since other reviews had mentioned a crispy crust. The staff was very friendly, and the breadsticks were quite good; those disappeared quickly. My main issue was the absence of cheese, which really diminished my experience as a first-time customer. Given the cost—over $22 for just dough, sauce, and two toppings with no cheese—I don't think it was worth it. They seemed very busy, so I must be in the minority, but that's my experience and

The atmosphere is always friendly, and they serve the best pizza in town. Plus, you can enjoy a cold RC (Royal Crown Cola), which is hard to find anywhere else chilled. Go Pensos!

I was born and raised in Dover Ohio and for 19 years was lucky enough to get to eat Penso's as much as I wanted. Every time I come back to my hometown that is always the one place I go and get an extra large extra cheese and pepperoni. I constantly craveand wish I could have it since I now live in North Carolina. I have tried Pizza all over the nation and I am telling you Penso'sis the best pizza ever created period. All of you who still are in Dover please remember how lucky you are to get to eat pencilswhenever you feel like it and feel bad for all of us who wish we could do the same. Enjoy many slices for me thank you! And forany reviewers not giving it 5 stars, you need to never eat pizza again anywhere! You don't deserve food!

Been buying from Penso's in Dover for years, figure should finally give rating. Best pizza shop in the area hands down. Best crust texture and flavor profile around.
