I heard the table next door say that they read something that the cook has no love to michelin inspectors, as he wants to strive for different goals. the menu for Sunday dinner is short, but I decided to stay at the a la carte with chalkboard specialties, as it seems crazy to get into a fish restaurant and have a roast! started with a plate of deep fried oysters with good scattering and deafness. main was a delicious dover sole with tile kartoffel and greens with hollandaise. dessert was a truly sensational lemon sufflé with sauce and lemon jelly ice cream that was delicious. one of the best I've ever eaten, also in two Michelin star facilities (Sorry Cook). the employees are very carefully copied, as well as it became more busy and treated events also the spontaneous unexpected break of a plate (without causal) toilets clean and well ordered. also in terrible wind and snow still full! a real test on the quality of the experience. was it worth a snow-covered 150 mile round trip? Oh, yeah!
I had the best to eat at whits. fantastic eating, fantastic staff, wonderful waitress and a very nice relaxed environment. I couldn't recommend it enough. but the icing on the top was the most beautiful business
My man and I had a delicious meal from beginning to end. I recommend the lobster ravioli for the starter. there is a nice quiet, cozy atmosphere and our waitress Erika was great. Many thanks, we will definitely come back.
This is a fantastic seafood restaurant with a welcoming staff and peaceful atmosphere. The background music is soft and relaxing. However, the food is absolutely incredible. I will definitely be returning.
Whits of Walmer is a wonderful spot to celebrate a Sunday. The food is heavenly, especially the souffle which is to die for. The staff are welcoming and polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant in every way and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Whits of Walmer!
