Contribuiți la feedbackWow, I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were poorly trained, there was a lot of cross contamination, and the service was very slow. I saw my order being made with contaminated gloves and decided to leave without eating it. Although I usually love Subway, there was no way I was going to eat that. One of the staff members barely spoke English and seemed clueless. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
Walked into a very quiet Subway (only 1 family sitting in). Was made to wait (there was no queue) until eventually the rude female server told us we had to wait (no explanation) then she proceeded to make numerous subway sandwiches at snail pace. There were 3 members of staff and not one of them could serve us. Eventually I asked very politely how long this delivery order would take and was told first come, first served very rudely. By now there was a queue forming. In the end we decided to leave as my daughter was getting hungry. Will never visit this store store again. Another example of the greed of the online delivery service replacing good old fashioned customer satisfaction!
I enjoy eating at Subway. The food is good, but sometimes chain restaurants can make mistakes. I have visited this location several times and have had no problems with the staff or the food. However, during my last visit, I noticed that the marinara sauce had mold on top of it. I am writing this review not to criticize, but as a reminder to keep things clean, especially when it comes to food.
I visited this restaurant today, and it was quite busy. However, the customer service was excellent - the best I have experienced in a long time. I started at the meat section and was made to feel very welcome. I was offered the option to add more toppings for a small additional cost, so I decided to get extra cheese. The lady who served me had a big smile and made me feel welcome. I couldn't see her name as it was covered by her badge, but I noticed she had a tattoo on her arm. Another polite lady completed my sandwich to a very neat standard. Finally, I was served at the till by a young man who was also very polite. The service was of a high standard, and it appeared that the staff had everything under control despite the busy hour. It was refreshing to see that Subway has hired such good staff, and the three of them together made a great team.
I've never been able to eat a meatball sub without it going everywhere, in my beard, on my top and even in my shoe sometimes... but today was a different story. The precise space between each meatball and the perfect amount of sauce combined with a perfectly toasted sub meant i was able to enjoy my sub in peace. I would highly recommend... .. shame i had to wait 6 years to get it...
