Wendy's Resturant - Douglasville

Recently I visited this store on February 5, 2021. When I went to the store, every employee, except the checkout, pulled the mask down to her chin, the nose and chin there, including the manager. I asked the cashier why everyone there wore the mask wrong and she explained that it was difficult to communicate. Unacceptable behavior. Is that how Wendy deals with challenges? A work around the following directions? If this type of behavior is allowed behind the counter, then imagine what is allowed with the food manufacturing process. The perception is everything.

I always ask for fresh nuggets fries every fast food place I go

Never have I been disrespected at a restaurant like I was here. After my passenger ordered the drive threw attendant told us to pull forward, I politely responded that I would like to add to the order for myself, at that point the employee responded with ?you said that was all? to which I responded ?that was all for his order, but I would like to order something?. Instead of simply saying okay and taking the remainder of the order she responded with ?you could have said that? in the rudest tone I?ve experienced. To that I responded for her to never mind and began explaining how rude her comments were. Admittedly I did cus, to that I apologize, but was then responded to rudely by her coworker telling me how they?re not serving me. I began calling corporate. Next 3-5 employees came outside trying to intimidate me. Then threatening me if I didn?t leave. I asked for the employees name and he refused to give it to me for my report to corporate. I don?t think this is the level of customer service the founder has in mind.

It took over 20 minutes to order our food as the line was wrapped around the corner and they kept messing up orders, and once we get home with our food mine is pink raw in the middle as you can see in my attached pictures.

Bag tie in my food!!! They had the audacity to ask me where it would come from because they have nothing like that in their restaurant. Rude as hell! Unbelievably disgusting!
