Taco Bell - Douglasville

Seriously the best Taco Bell in the Douglasville area. Customer service is average but the food is always Hot and not warm. The other 2 taco bells in D-ville always serve warm meals, and do not proportion/mix the ingredients/fillings that well.

Even though the line was longer, the service was efficient. The drive-thru cashier was very friendly and gave us detailed information about the menu items. They even offered us coupons as a nice gesture for the wait. The food was served piping hot.

I had an incredible experience at Taco Bell, primarily due to their exceptional service. It felt as though we were at Chick-fil-A given the level of attention we received, which truly made the visit memorable. Their strawberry lemonade was a delightful surprise—absolutely delicious! Our order was spot on, which I greatly appreciated. The gentleman at the window was friendly, polite, and highly efficient. We made sure to compliment him on his wonderful service with big smiles. My cousin noted that he must be new, as we hadn’t seen him there before. As a nice gesture, he even offered us two tickets for a free taco! My only minor issue was that one of my tacos wasn't wrapped properly, leading to a little mess when I reached for the next one. Nonetheless, my food was particularly tasty that day. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

A few months ago, I gave this restaurant a lower rating, but my recent visit was significantly improved thanks to the young staff members. When I arrived, there were a few guests inside, and another customer was walking out just as I was trying to enter. A young man politely informed me that the dining room was closed. Although I was a bit disappointed, I opted to use the drive-thru instead. When I got to the payment window, the same young man apologized again for the dining room being closed. It was refreshing to see such responsibility and courtesy from young people. His friendly attitude earned this place a 5-star rating in my book. Kudos to the staff—keep up the fantastic work!
