Starbucks - Douglasville

Yes the lines are long because they just opened up but I ordered the *Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino* it was delicious ??????????????. Only issue I have is the person at drive thru window didn?t seem to happy to be working. I kept saying Thank you Thank you and she didn?t say welcome back or have a nice day. She said nothing. Update 7/21/2021- The person at the window was awesome! The person who made this drink is awesome! They made me a special drink it was so delicious. It was worth the $8. This drink is called cosmo Wanda frapp. It is amazing!!!!!

Super disappointing? wanted to give the new location the benefit of the doubt. I agree with the other reviews in that it seems that the employees need a lot of training. I?ve gone three times so far and have yet to have a good experience or a properly made coffee. I?ll stick to the other Starbucks that I?ve frequented for 10+ years down the road for now. I wish you guys the best of luck and hope the service improves! Would love to come back when I know I won?t be paying for a coffee I don?t enjoy.

I'm trying my best to give this place a chance. Super slow service mixed with getting multiple drinks wrong does not make a recipe for repeat patronage. I drive the Starbucks on Chapel Hill because that Starbucks is even worse. The management at this new Starbucks has got to step up! The manager must do better at recruiting, hiring the best applicants and developing the staff.

I can?t relate to any of the negative reviews for this store. Every time I?ve been service has been quick and super friendly. I feel it?s important to note that this could be a lot of people?s first jobs or first food service job and kindness and patience go a long way as this store gets set up and running and it?s not the workers fault of the store is out of something. Restaurants everywhere are experiencing shortages and supply issues. I always leave happy at this store and have always had a good experience! I saw so many negative reviews I feel it?s important to share the positive

They're new with young staff but always very quick with orders. If course it's faster to do mobile orders ahead of time, but still great service. This location is beautiful
