Olive Garden Italian - Douglasville

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The service was top-notch, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Thank you for that! The children's broccoli alongside the personal cheese pizza was absolutely perfect—beyond just looking great, it was delicious as well. However, I personally found the Chicken Marsala to be too sweet for my taste. I prefer dishes that are more savory.

The Olive Garden experience here is typical of what you’d expect — good, but nothing extraordinary. What truly stands out, however, is the staff. They are always friendly and great with our kids, making the visit even more enjoyable. This location has the best staff of any Olive Garden we’ve ever been to!

I visited the restaurant on June 26, 2022, with my family to celebrate my cousin's birthday. I think my server's name was Shawn, and he was incredibly pleasant and patient while handling our large group. The other staff members who assisted were also fantastic, which made our experience even more memorable.

My food was hot and our service was absolutely fantastic! Josie was great even with having a good number of tables and party. She never forgot a single thing we asked for and was so kind and friendly.

We were at the Olive Garden on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at approximately 1:30 pm. The bartender was very short and rude. As we sat at the bar to eat, my wife wanted champagne, and I pointed it out on the menu. She stated that they didn 't carry it any longer. Had her order a Peach Bellini. The champagne that she used was the same champagne that she had just told me they didn 't carry anymore. When the salad arrived, she asked if we wanted grated cheese. We said yes and continued our conversation. She grated the cheese for at least 15 seconds, staring at me the entire time. I happened to turn my attention from my wife back to the salad and said, Ok, that 's enough! She just walked away. We asked her for water, salt, pepper, and a to-go container for our appetizer. She never brought it. Another customer sitting at the bar with her daughter had complained about her to her manager before we could. After that, she got very friendly and loud with her responses as to let her manager know that everything was good. He stayed at the bar, assisting with drinks. Prior to that, she disappeared on several occasions for approximately 10 minutes or longer each time. I wasn 't going to tip her, but my wife insisted. Better days to come, I hope.
