Hog Wild Barbeque - Douglasville

Outstanding! I'd eaten here before but it was under different ownership back then. I stopped on on my way home from work and ordered pulled pork. I demolished that sandwich before I even left my truck. It didn't have loads of seaoning on it and the true flavor of the pork came through. I should have ordered 2!

This is by far the worst barbecue I have ever tasted. The lack of seasoning was the worst part. The beef was dry and no seasoning. The baked beans were watery and appeared to be straight out of a can(pork and beans). The coleslaw was tasteless. Even the ranch dressing tasted watered down and tasteless. Will not be back.The Sign says under new management. Not sure

Had a craving for a Super Salad but Hudson’s was closed. Made an out of the way trip to try Hogwild and was totally disappointed. Advertised with cheese, tomatoes, pickles and onions. Salad had pickles only and very little lettuce, cheese or meat. $14 for salad and large tea. Used to eat there a lot when I lived on that side of town. I understand there are new owners. Won’t be visiting again.

The ribs were dry and old and not tender. The cole slaw had no taste. The baked beans were watery and had no taste. The brunswick stew was watery with no taste. I’m sorry it was a horrible experience. Only reason I gave them one star was because they were nice people and believers in God. My dad

During both of my visits, my order was incorrect. It felt as though the waitress was both dyslexic and forgetful, and seemed to take offense at her mistakes. Additionally, my takeaway was missing an item on both occasions; for example, instead of receiving a pint of beans, I ended up with a pint of barbecue sauce. The service was slow, with more excuses offered than prompt assistance. The cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable, and the prices weren't as favorable as others had suggested. While the beans were decent, the fries made from Aldi's potatoes were quite mediocre. Despite the restaurant often feeling empty, it actually took nearly 40 minutes to receive a pulled pork sandwich.
