Great American Cookie Co.

The cookies were undercooked and lacked flavor. They were also noticeably smaller than they used to be. The only staff member working seemed disinterested in assisting us.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent and they always have a variety of products available. Raquel is wonderful and it's always a pleasure to interact with her. My family visits the mall frequently and my child knows that if they behave, they can pick out a treat. The cookies are consistently fresh and delicious. We will definitely continue to shop at this location.

My cake was out of this world awesome!! Jasmine, the associate was so professional taking my order. So happy the cake decorator was able to do such a complicated cake! Zahria is great, If you want a specific design then she’s your girl!!! ; will definitely be back!!!

Nice associates good cookies. But the customers that go here are ungrateful and rude. I mean it's cookies lil round circles of happiness. Why do they need to argue and say rude comments to the associates? We all know they are overpriced cookies but, the are so dang GOOD!
