Dunkin' - Douglasville

Almost every time I visit this Dunkin' Donuts, they are really busy! However, the staff always greet you with smiles and are polite. Even if you have to wait in a line that wraps around the building, they make you feel like the wait was worth it!

I love, love me a few dunkin’donuts and hot or ice creamy coffee.

I had an outstanding experience this evening with a young man at this location on October 19, 2021, at 8:30 PM! The customer service was excellent, and the products at this store are consistently fresh! I hope the Fairburn Rd. location receives some training on how to provide such great service!

Yesterday, I visited DD and had the pleasure of meeting Kris. He was doing an outstanding job at the cash register and managing orders in a store where he doesn't typically work. Thank you, Kris, for your excellent customer service; you truly stand out!

I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts, both their coffee—whether hot or iced—and their delicious treats!
