Wawa - Douglassville

I called multiple times to refill the windshield washer fluid. Two weeks later, they're STILL empty!

Taylor, who usually works the evening shifts, is always there to assist me and truly deserves recognition. I frequently visit this restaurant, and their customer service is consistently excellent.

I explained that I was on my way to work and didn't have time for this mix-up. This is exactly why customers are willing to pay a premium at Wawa for convenience. It's frustrating to pay extra for no-frills food and not get what you ordered simply because an employee may not have enough support or training. Meanwhile, as the line grew longer, the other employee behind the counter continued to open food bags and prepare for the day, neglecting the growing queue of customers.

The toilets here are always disgusting. Trash can flow over with feminine products. Floor and toilet wet with who knows what. If you need to use a toilet room, don't go here.

Even my dog wont eat the food from here. Especially the hot ready on trays. My dog sniffs it and walks away. Absolutely disgusting.
