Rude, unprofessional, inconsistent and take zero responsibility when a customer has a problem. Check the petty and immature responses to other reviews. They call their customers rude accuse them of wanting free food and lying! They are NEVER wrong and don’t try to understand when a customer has a genuine issue. At the very least try listening to your customer’s concerns or have someone less emotional do so. Not everyone is out for a free feed, some just want to pass on constructive feedback, but you make it impossible to do so. As for the size of the fish, it’s completely inconsistent, as said by yourself on social media: “Even the suppliers are also facing stock of fish, we are trying to get whatever size they have, that is why we have mixed size of fish otherwise we always have sufficient portion of fish.” If your supplier is cutting your fish small, you do realise you can use scales to measure a portion and add another 1/2 fillet etc to make up the size? Everything else is consistent in weight/portion size. Fish being one of the more expensive items should be too. It’s like ordering 1 scoop of chips and you only serving 1/2 a scoop for the same price, Or ordering a 300gm steak and receiving the excuse “sorry my supplier cut them and they are only 100gm” but still paying full price. Can you see how ridiculous that sounds? Have never dealt with anyone so out of touch and ignorant. If you have a problem it is NOT their fault.. EVER.. Prefer to support local, but refuse to spend another cent of our hard earned money here again. There are plenty of nice places around with friendly staff and consistent portions. Do yourself a favour and try one of those. Hopefully this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. They really need to rethink how to respond to their customers with genuine feedback, or have someone else do so. We would definitely not be here had they listened to and addressed our concerns over the phone. One star only because I couldn’t mark lower.
