Costa Coffee - Douglas

It was lovely to sit and enjoy each other's company, especially since we haven't had the chance to do that in a long time. Usually, we're always on the go. I appreciated that the staff checked our COVID certificates, and the seating was comfortable without feeling overcrowded.

At our favorite Costa Coffee location in Douglas Court, it’s such a wonderful place to relax and have a chat. A big shoutout to the dedicated staff and the welcoming atmosphere they create, making it an inviting break during what can be a tiring shopping trip.

The staff here is very friendly and efficient. However, they've recently switched their alternative milk options from Alpro, and the soy milk they now offer is quite disappointing—similar to what you’d find at Costa Coffee, which is one of the most beautiful coffee chains around. I really hope they switch back!

So friendly staff. big coffee and great prices too.
