Mcdonald's - Douglas

Pulled up, no one was here., Order 2 coffees, they said just a minute. They had to brew. I pulled up 10 minutes later. I go inside. They still did not bring me my coffee forgot all about me took my money. Nobody seemed to be carrying.

This store has to be the worst in the whole country. I've been to every state in lower 48 and this mc Donald's location has the worst service I have experienced. They can't figure out how to take off pickle and ketchup off a sandwich to save a life.Then I'm asked to pull forward after 3 attempts at making order right the manager comes out didn't feel I pulled forward far enough hold my order out so I have to pull forward to satisfy her! Very very disappointed!

Ordered a large meal and received a half full French fry box. They were also out of large cups and medium sized cup lids with no notice posted anywhere, so we ended up just leaving without our drink. The ranch cup we ordered was coated in a sticky brown liquid. Service was very slow there was a number of crew members behind the counter but only one lady running the food.

While the service on front counter was great. The food I received was not, it was slapped together, I bet a 2year old could do a better job. The atmosphere was ehhh alright I guess, I've definitely seen better.

Slowest service took 30 minutes to get my order. Had to go inside to get it. Customer service is rude. They had even started my order.
