Kfc - Douglas

This restaurant is a significant improvement compared to others in Waycross. The staff were not only friendly but also very professional. They repeated our orders to confirm accuracy, which was appreciated. The service was quick, and the food was served hot and delicious. I will definitely return.

I visited the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. The staff member who took our order was extremely nice and got everything correct. It's not often you find fast food chains where employees are both professional and courteous. The individual who helped us on April 9, 2022, around 8:00 a.m. in Douglas, GA, Coffee County truly deserves a raise or promotion!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the food was fantastic. Everything was also impeccably clean.

Great place for a fast family room. The weekends are very busty and yes, you can wait for your food order, but for me it is worth it. There is nothing like original KFC with honey and a biscuit!!!!
