Subway - Double Springs

My family and I visited from out of town and received outstanding service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the sandwiches were fantastic. Customer service can often be disappointing these days, but not here. Thank you so much! I wanted to call and participate in the survey, but I was one day late. The food is fresh, and the staff is exceptionally polite!

Kelsey at the Double Springs location is a very wonderful, customer service associate. Also, her beautiful smile is sincere and adds to her great service. And, as always, all Subway items are great!

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant! The service was fantastic, and the prices were reasonable for the fresh vegetables and freshly baked bread. I absolutely love the sweet onion sauce. However, during my last visit, I ordered the chicken with bacon and requested extra sauce, but I didn't receive it.

Never had an issue at any Subway in the 48 states except for this one! There's an old lady who refused me service because she didn't want to give extra onions even though I offered to pay for them. The old lady told me that the Subway protocol was togive six little slices of onions. Never have I had a problem with any problem at a Subway. She then refused me service andthreatened to call the police on me even though I wasn't irrate or mean in any way. She got mad because I told her I was gonnado a Google review on her and call corporate. She said it wouldn't do any good and it may not but here I am doing my Googlereview! As I was leaving I told her to have a blessed day and on the way out she made a comment about me and my husband being aninterracial couple. Now I will be contacting the better business bureau. Do not go to this Subway. This woman should not behired by Subway nor should the place be franchised by Subway. There's way better Subway's out there who appreciates theircustomers! This old wan with the subway bandana needs to be fired!!!
