Starbucks - Dothan

I've never seen more than one person working here, and the service is almost always really slow. For instance, there was just me and one other person in line, and I had to wait 15 minutes for a frappuccino.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent! They took the time to get to know me, and honestly, it was a highlight of my day!

Tamieka and daisy were wonderful yesterday! very friendly and I don't think I ever had a coffee made that fast! I wish they had accepted tips.

The service was very rude, and they made it clear they weren’t interested in helping. When I asked for a drink, the staff member told me they were too busy, despite the fact that only two other customers were waiting. If that’s what they consider busy, they really shouldn’t be working in a fast-paced environment. It seems like the staff has become so lazy that they don’t want to do their jobs, and it’s frustrating for customers who are paying for a service they aren’t receiving.

Cannot use my Starbucks app here. They literally have the slowest people who seem to always be doing other things than making my coffee this target location would do better with a Dunkin.
