Contribuiți la feedbackWe were traveling home from Florida and stopped to get drink and stretch our legs. We were refused service due to lack of staffing help 5 times over speaker. There were people dining at tables receiving service. But we were refused so i ask to speak to manager I explained we only wanted a few drinks and we would be on our way. I was ask what we wanted to drink. A few minutes later a female arrived at our car window with our drinks. She apologized for refusing to serve us and again explained her staffing situation. Gave us our drinks for free. And we left.
Ordered on app (for the first time), when I arrived they gave me someone else's order. I let them know and they came and got the food and said mine would be out soon. When I got my food it was cold and didn't taste good.
First of all get all the excuses out of the way about supply chain and everything else. That doesn't affect how long it takes somebody to bring a simple drink to your car after it says it's on its way 10 minutes beforehand. It's simply comes down to poor management and even poorer staffing.
The app is extremely convenient, allowing us to place orders in advance and check in upon arrival. The meals are always fresh, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, I would rate the food as 4 out of 5.
The service was really slow when I first arrived, which was frustrating because I was hungry. The popcorn chicken was tough and unappetizing. I ended up getting a refund for my order, but I was really looking forward to enjoying that meal.
