Contribuiți la feedbackOn Tuesday, November 1st, 2022, I visited the drive-thru and encountered a young woman who I had never seen before. She was excellent in her role, providing friendly service that I truly appreciated, especially considering the tough day I was having. My experience that day was incredibly pleasant. I sincerely hope she gets recognized as Employee of the Month; she was kind and respectful, and my order was perfectly packed. Customers like me really value outstanding service like hers. She seemed new, but I believe she deserves a raise. I appreciated her positive attitude, and she was very helpful in ensuring my order was correct. Keep up the good work!
This is a KFC Taco Bell location. Unfortunately, we've had a disappointing experience the last three times we attempted to order. On our first visit, they had run out of beans. During the second visit, they didn't have any bread tortillas available. By the third visit, they informed us that they were only serving KFC and not Taco Bell. That was our last visit to this restaurant. The staff were unhelpful and the management seems lacking.
I work for DoorDash, and every time I come to this restaurant to pick up an order, they never have any chicken ready. Today, another customer was informed that it would take 30 minutes just to cook more chicken! As someone who also works full-time in the restaurant industry, I can confidently say that cooking chicken doesn't take anywhere near that long. Instead of preparing more chicken when they have only a few pieces left, it seems they wait until someone places an order. Honestly, I’m beginning to wonder how they are still in business!
Went out of my way 10 minutes to give my business. 8/30/22 at 10:52am ticket #1782 Ordered 4 five layer burritos and repeated it at least three times in drive thru. Woman (light skin/scar on face), reciept says marissa, didn?t repeat my order back to meuntil I got to the window. I told her I ordered 4 five layer burritos and I know I did because 1 for each kid. She said no addons at the window! Mind you, I was the only person at the store drive thru my entire visit. It wasn?t an add on, it?s what Iordered at the speaker. Well I guess She preferred I went around and reordered because of her mistake. I said she should?verepeated my order back to me at the speaker and not the window, she didn?t honor her mistake and had a big unnecessary attitudethe entire time. Now I had to stop at McDonald?s to get the other two kids something. Handsome black gentleman came to thewindow to hear my complaint and asked what he could do, I didn?t want anything else at that point. However, I appreciated hisconcern/validation about me being the only person at the restaurant. Her attitude was just absolutely unnecessary and really puta damper on my morning. It?s not hard to be a decent person.
On Tuesday, 1st november 2022, I went through the trip. a young girl has gone through. I've never seen her before, but she was great at her job in going through. she was kind and I appreciate it because of the day I had. my experience on Tuesday was very pleasant. I hope that young lady staff of the month, she was very friendly, respectful of customers and my order was perfectly packed, we customers appreciate great customer service like this. the young lady looks new because I've never seen her. but give the girl an increase, I very appreciate no hire, and she was very helpful and my order was made right. keep the good work there.
