Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Dothan

The initial greeting was horrible and every interaction after that was just the same. The cashier made it obvious that she did not want to be there and rushed us though our order the entire time. We were going to eat there but quickly changed our minds after dealing with her rudeness. I can honestly say that if you are in the customer service department they need to be better.

Food was EXCELLENT! Some of the best. However, the lady who ran the store was very unpleasant and just generally rude. We have never been to a Dickies as we don’t have one at home, and she was very uninterested in answering any questions. Not to mention that she was yelling at her staff trying to take our orders. Food was outstanding. Ran out of certain food before 7pm.
