I am a frequent auto-dru visitor, sometimes twice in a week, and julia is the FIRST person who showed me their tablet after entering into my name to make sure it was written correctly. I've been eating in the chick felt a for years and that's never happened to me. I was shocked! I know that some of them think it's just a name or their name is just 3 letters. I had taken in, they said: either, eba and ewva. I laugh and go on. now most workers spell my name correctly. but no one has ever checked the way she did. what she seemed small, felt like a big gesture for me. Many thanks to julia for excellent customer service.
I love that huh? the staff is very helpful and friendly they seem always happy to be in their restaurant and happy to help the place itself is crowded, but that means that other people agree?
I love Chick-fil-A, but the salads weren't fresh here lately. lettuce is devastated and the dead have brown spots on them.
They do not repair the salads as they want. if they have a question to take something out because of an allergy and put it on the side (as they pay for the product, how? on the side of the salate) they will not do it. I said they don't serve salads after 17 o'clock. since when?! huh fil a, what did you do with your polite attitude? what happened to a customer is to be treated with quality. pity to you! in all my 12 years to be a customer, my family of 6 will no longer be customers! strike 2!
This one on ross Clark circle I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN ! I will only go to the one by southeast hospital on main street. The head manager of this location is very rude and doesn't know how to properly handle situations. Lack customer service skills. Don't tell a customer something that's not correct. If you don't know then figure out who would know. You never want to inform a customer wrong information. I paid almost $40 worth of food through app. She said there was an issue with payment. I showed her my bank account and where money was taken from my account. Instead of finding out what was going on. She just suggested me to pay again if I want my order. I'm sorry i dont have another $40 in my account to spare. I had a toddler that was fussing because she was wanting her food. I left empty handed. Come to find out... the manager was looking at the wrong order. IT WAS PAID FOR! I mean customer support for the app gave me my refund (took almost a week) and gave me free rewards for meals to make up for it. I'm sorry but I will drive to main St for my food. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. All their staff are always polite and work in a timely manner.
