Checkers - Dothan

The person in the window was smart and very unprofessional and unfriendly. the food came out quickly and the fries were hot and fresh, but the hunch on the sandwich was so hard I could not eat as it was either overcooked or old. the chicken bites in the box were almost not present and the box was filled with mostly frits. I asked for ketchup and serviettes and did not come. very disappointed about the visit, as I really love the spicy chicken sandwich and fries, of which the checkers are usually good.

My mother went and got the two for $4.00 crispy huh and a hamburger. this crispy huh is not what the picture looks like on the billboard. she is not satisfied. she also asked why she was more than what was advertised. the cashier said it was an additional fee for cheese. my mother told her she asked for a hamburger, not a cheeseburger. the maid just disobeyed her and gave her her change. I don't know what happened to shookers, but it's a hit or mis kind of almost food place now. she doesn't want to go back.

The food is consistently enjoyable, and I've noticed that the service has improved recently, which is definitely a positive development.
