For some time now, catering establishments have been required to serve tap water when requested by the customer. It is not worth pretending not to know and putting bottled water when tap water has been requested... In order not to make a fuss, we paid for the bottle of water and the bread without question, still not having asked for it in either case. I will try not to repeat if I can avoid it.
