Probably the best lasagna you’ll ever have. I live an hour away and this is the only place I’ll order lasagna at it’s a bit out of the way of normal tourist spots but that’s ok for me. I chose this restaurant because I wanted to eat local cuisine. When I entered the store, it was full, but it seemed like there were some customers who were about to finish paying, so they told me to wait a moment so they could clean up right away. I was given my coat and shown to my seat. I wanted the porcini mushroom risotto, but was told that it could only be ordered for 2 people, so I chose the tuna fillet. I thought it would be raw tuna, but it turned out to be steak. The duck ragu pasta had a soupy feel and was not the ragu pasta I had imagined. I chose anchovies for the mozzarella carrozza. It looks like a large croquette and has hot mozzarella inside. It had anchovy sauce inside and was delicious. The wine could have been better for 20 euros or more.
