Worst experience of my life in a restaurant... I ordered a tuna salad today. The waitress brought me a crab salad, without saying anything to me. Furthermore, I noticed that the salad was half rotten. I talk to the waitress who tells me that she didn't have any more tuna so she added crab, and that the salad is arugula and that I'm not used to it!! She takes my plate, removes the few leaves that I had put on the side and gives me the same salad again. I refused to eat it, as the rest had not been changed, and brought it back to him at the bar. She offered no apology, nor any other offer of food. She became very unpleasant after that. During the bill, she wanted me to pay for the salad, which I refused. The boss came down, spoke with the saleswoman in Italian, without looking at me once and left, telling her that I still had to pay. This establishment has clearly shown that it despises its tourist customers! As a restaurateur myself, I find it unacceptable to treat customers in this way. My husband and I had to get angry to win our case and not pay for this salad
